Can I schedule a delivery time? Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with possible extensions until 9:00 p.m. during peak seasons or special events.
Will I be contacted when the courier is near my address? You’ll be notified when your package is on its way and nearing delivery through automatic messages sent to your email or mobile phone. Before arriving at your address, the driver may send you an SMS or call to let you know they’ll be delivering within minutes.
